Auxílio Brasil pode ser pago ao trabalhador? Saiba quando o benefício pode ser cancelado

O Auxílio Brasil paga R$ 600 até dezembro de 2022. A partir do ano que vem, se o programa for mantido, ele deverá retomar as parcelas fixas de R$ 400. Diante do valor insuficiente para arcar com todas as despesas da família, muitos beneficiários buscam uma fonte de renda fixa.

Este fator gera dúvidas entre os beneficiários. Afinal, o Auxílio Brasil pode ser pago ao trabalhador? A resposta é, sim! Desde que este cidadão se atente a algumas regras específicas além daquelas que o incluíram no programa.

O pagamento do Auxílio Brasil para trabalhadores com carteira assinada foi regulamentado a partir da Regra de Emancipação. A norma prevê a manutenção do benefício durante 24 meses [dois anos], contados a partir da data em que o contrato trabalhista foi firmado. 

Por outro lado, é importante destacar que o pagamento do Auxílio Brasil para trabalhadores é permitido somente na circunstância em que, mesmo com a remuneração fixa, a renda da família não ultrapasse o limite de duas vezes e meia a linha de pobreza, que seria o equivalente a R$ 525.

A Regra de Emancipação também abrange os segurados que possuem CNPJ MEI e que recebem o Auxílio Brasil. Destacando que, na hipótese de o cidadão ficar desempregado após o prazo estabelecido em dois anos, ele fica autorizado a requerer novamente a entrada no programa caso esteja de acordo com as regras.

A quem o Auxílio Brasil é direcionado?

O Auxílio Brasil é direcionado à população brasileira em situação de vulnerabilidade social, desde que façam parte do sistema do Cadastro Único (CadÚnico).

Este grupo de brasileiros deve se enquadrar nas linhas de pobreza extrema ou pobreza, cuja renda familiar per capita mensal deve se enquadrar entre a faixa de R$ 105 a R$ 210. 

Existem  três possibilidades para recebimento do Auxílio Brasil:

• Se já tinha o Bolsa Família: Auxílio Brasil será pago automaticamente;
• Se está no CadÚnico, mas não recebia o Bolsa Família: vai para a lista de reserva;
• Se não está no CadÚnico, é preciso buscar um Cras para registro, sem garantia de receber.

É extremamente importante lembrar que a família deve ser composta por algum desses membros:

• Crianças;
• Gestantes;
• Mães que ainda estão em processo de amamentação;
• Adolescentes;
• Jovens entre 0 a 21 anos incompletos.
